Refund policy

At Urban Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to help. 

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

  • Sale items, accessories, undergarments, and custom items are FINAL SALE. 

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will receive: 

    • A refund to the original payment method (if approved). 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours at urban.apparel.est23@gmail.com with photos and your order information. 

Shipping: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
